The Dempsey Burdick Memorial Headstone Fund: About Dempsey IN LOVING MEMORY OF DEMPSEY
BURDICK We are sad to inform you that early on the morning of May 3rd, 2003, Dempsey Sue Burdick died in her mother's arms at Phoenix Children's Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Her passing was a result of complications associated with open-heart surgery to correct a birth defect. Dempsey was just 31-days old. Memorial Services were held for Dempsey Sue Burdick on Saturday, May 10th, 2003 in Sandy, Utah.
